Quick Passport Photo is a mobile application that allows users to create, edit, and export passport-style photos. The App provides features including:

- Multiple passport size formats
- Print-ready sheet generation
- Photo export and sharing capabilities
3. User Responsibilities
3.1 Appropriate Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the App to create fraudulent or misleading documents
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use automated systems to access the App
3.2 Photo Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring that photos created using the App comply with the requirements of the relevant passport or visa authority. We provide tools to help meet official requirements, but we do not guarantee that photos will be accepted by any government agency.
4. In-App Purchases
4.1 Purchase Terms
The App offers in-app purchases including:
- Single Export: One-time purchase for a single photo export ($0.99 USD)
- Lifetime Unlimited: One-time purchase for unlimited exports ($2.99 USD)
4.2 Payment and Billing
All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Prices are displayed in USD and may vary by region.
4.3 Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted through Apple's App Store refund process. We do not process refunds directly. Apple's standard refund policy applies to all purchases.
4.4 Restore Purchases
You can restore previous purchases using the "Restore Purchases" feature in the App. Non-consumable purchases (such as Lifetime Unlimited) will be restored across all devices using the same Apple ID.
5. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Hooli Studio and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
- Use our trademarks or logos without permission
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
You retain all rights to photos you create using the App. We do not claim ownership of your photos.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimers
7.1 No Warranty
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
7.2 Photo Acceptance
We do not guarantee that photos created using the App will be accepted by any passport or visa authority. You are solely responsible for ensuring your photos meet the requirements of the relevant government agency.
7.3 Service Availability
We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, bugs, or interruptions.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOOLI STUDIO AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:
- Your use or inability to use the App
- Any photos not being accepted by government agencies
- Any unauthorized access to or use of the App
- Any errors or omissions in the App's functionality
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Hooli Studio operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
